Pop icon and artist Paul Friederich is creating a new motorcycle series for the event

Raleigh-based Paul Friederich is well known for his Onion Head Monster comics as well as his work for the Carolina Hurricanes (CarolinaHurricanes.com/CupOfAwesome), for which he earned the distinction of being the NHL's first ever pop-cartoonist.

He cofounded the SparkCon conference, the South's pre-eminent conference on creativity, is member of the award-winning DesignBox in Raleigh, is editor of HellCar magazine, and author/illustrator of several books, including "Lions!," "Don't Trust Evil Knievel," "The Wolf Who Cried Boy," and most recently, "Onion Head Monster's 79 Ways to Add Stress to Your Life" with David Mason.

In addition, he's the co-creator of Man v Liver (http://manvliver.tumblr.com/), which has grown from the initial concept on napkins to a book to a potential TV show.

For the RelicMoto show, Paul is transferring recent influences from too many 50's to 70's motorcycle movies to a new series featuring the 2-wheeled vehicles.

Also, Paul has created these groovy Chattanooga stickers, which will only be available at the show, so make sure to pick yours up!
